Having the option to choose one of our 'off the shelf' learning solutions can make your life some what easier.

There does come a time though when you need that something 'special' in the way of a training solution...and that is where Rubus Associates come in.

We can offer a fully bespoke service to ensure that that your learning solution is perfectly tailored to you, and only you. This applies as much to time as it does to the financial investment you make.

The only thing we won't skimp on is the quality of service we deliver, and unfortunately quality often comes at a premium; however as the phrase goes -

"If you think training is expensive, try ignorance".

We follow a strict model that enables Rubus Associates to find out what your problem really is, design a solution to that problem, deliver the solution and evaluate the results at the end.

We follow the traditional systematic approach to learning and development. This doesn't mean were old fashioned, or stuck in our ways. It just means that this is basically the best way we have found of helping our clients achieve what they want. Why invent the wheel again?

Rubus Associates can provide all learning materials on a CD-Rom as well as in the more traditional paper version. This give you the opportunity to have the full presentations, as well as notes etc.
Option - Coaching sessions
Once the training has finished, out involvement need not stop there. To fully integrate the learning back into the workplace Rubus Associates can provide a 1/2 day or full day follow up coaching session. The sessions can be individual or group orientated. the choice is yours!
Option - On Line learning materials
You can choose to have the learning material converted to HTML format and placed on line, either using our secure space or on your own servers. Click here to see a demonstration of on-line materials.
