- Only 7 per cent of communication is concerned with what we actually say. The rest is split between how we say it and how we look when we say it.
- By being able to communicate effectively, quickly and succinctly to your learners you can can maximise the learning that takes place
- It is not intended to be used in place of a more formal training qualification such as those provided by CIPD.
- Cost
- £200 per day per person on an open event, £150 when booked with the other modules in this series.
- In-House
- £1000 per trainer day, with a maximum of 12 participants on the event.
