First Steps
Lead First

Lead First

The programme concentrates on middle and senior leaders within your organisation and is intended to provide a stimulating and stretching environment for them to develop as leaders.

This development programme will involve 5 modules, with each module 6 weeks apart to allow the participants to fully integrate the learning back into their work environment. Each module is 2 days in duration and can be run on or off site. All modules within this programme are highly interactive and participative; participants are expected to fully interact with each other and the facilitator to gain most benefit from the modules.

As with all of our learning events this programme can be tailored to suit your exact requirements.

    • Research carried out by Daniel Golmen has shown that when he compared star performers with average performers in senior leadership positions, he found that nearly 90% of the difference in their profiles was attributed to emotional intelligence factors.  JTI is currently used by Cranfield Universities ‘Centre for Customised Executive Development’.

Delivery

A ‘cohort’ within learning development can be defined as a group of people with a common characteristic or set of characteristics, which progress through a programme of development together. They are able to offer support and encouragement to each other.

During the intervening weeks from module to module it is expected that each cohort will form Action Learning Groups to allow them to interact and learn from each other.

Each cohort would follow the programme as a separate group. Using this method will allow a wide range of Group Projects to be established to allow the cohort to develop as individuals, as a team and to allow the completion of a current project within the organisation.

We work in partnership with Rubus Consultants to deliver this workshop.
